
DIMAPUR — Yellow Chain Kiphire, power by Investment and Development Authority of Nagaland (IDAN), has been promoting local products since its inception in 2020.
Yellow Chain Kiphire has registered more than 25 shops in Kiphire district for home delivery of essential needs, products and items in villages and towns as per requirement made by customers, informed Chumseli, chairman of Yellow Chain Kiphire.
He informed that during home delivery, organic products such as vegetables, maize, mustard seed, millet, potato, and beans (Naga kholar) are exchanged from villagers as per season and traded within districts especially to Dimapur.
[bsa_pro_ad_space id=1]It added that the Chain has been campaigning in villages and towns among the unemployed youth to open barber shop for self-employment and generate income for their livelihood.
In order to generate more employment opportunities, the Chain has appealed to companies, societies, organisations, and various government departments for collaboration to conduct awareness, seminars and training in Kiphire district.
Meanwhile, Chumseli has thanked Nagaland Chief Minister, Neiphiu Rio, and Advisor to CM and chairman of IDAN, Abu Metha, for their concern to uplift the economy of the state.
