Dimapur, Jan. 24: The Judicial Inquiry Commission constituted to probe the Wuzu firing incident of July 16, 2015, conducted a cross-examination of witnesses at DB Court of ADC, Meluri for three days – from January 18 to 20.
A press release from the Commission on Tuesday informed that the enquiry team comprised of the chairman, secretary to the Inquiry Commission, 2 assistants, drivers and bodyguards were put up at the GA Rest House, Meluri. “After completing cross-examination of 17 individuals/villagers from Wuzu and Phor Villages, the team returned on 21st January, 2017,” it stated.
