A Team Metamorphosis’ press release issued by its secretary general, Oreno Ngullie, stated that 12 persons were trained as master trainers who would in turn impart training at the grass root level. It stated that trainers from Phek Town Youth Society (PTYS) were arranged by the chief executive officer of Wokha Town Council.
