Dimapur, Oct. 24 (EMN): The office of the Western Sumi Youth Front (WSYF) at Millennium Market, Dimapur, was inaugurated on October 24 by the vice president of Western Sumi Hoho (WSH), Atomi Swu.
Speaking at the inaugural programme, Swu encouraged the WSYF to harmoniously co-exist with all communities in Dimapur. He also advised the WSYF to utilise the office positively to serve all and sundry besides the Sumi community.
While saying that the office is located in town area, Swu reminded how Sumi ancestors led a peaceful, harmonious and honest life.
During the event, President of DCCI Akashe Zhimomi advised the gathering to stand united both physically and spiritually.
The programme was chaired by Vice President of WSYF, Isak G Zhimomi, while WSYF President, Mughavi Awomi delivered the presidential address.
