Dimapur, Jan. 26: All Sumi GBs under Western Sumi jurisdiction are directed to recall their youth staying at candidates’ residences or attached with the candidates for the ensuing ULB polls.
This was resolved during a joint meeting of Western Sumi Hoho (WSU), Western Sumi Kukami Hoho (WSKH), Western Sumi Youth Front (WSYF) and Western Sumi Sports Association (SUSA) on January 26. A press release issued by WSYF president, Akihito Sumi, cautioned of appropriate action against those youth and their respective village in case of untoward incident owing to non-adherence of recalling the youth.
Meanwhile, he has asked all the nine areas under Western Sumi jurisdiction to mobilise and depute 1500 manpower for the proposed JCC indefinite bandh. All Sumi public in Western Sumi area are further requested to support and cooperate with the proposed JCC bandh.
