Dimapur, Aug. 1 (EMN): Indianeers Skill Academy celebrated World Youth Skills Day (WYSD) on July 31 at Gorkha Public Panchayat Complex, Chandmari, Kohima. The celebration coincided with “Kaushal Pakhwada”- a nation-wide campaign to raise awareness about the importance of skill development amongst youth which also marked the fourth anniversary of the Skill India Mission of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, New Delhi.
The celebration was marked by organising an extempore speech competition and a role play, where students of mobile phones hardware course and pharmacy assistant course have participated.
The programme was chaired by YB Rana, while the welcome address was delivered by Laxmi Gupta and the vote of thanks was pronounced by Nolepile Zhotso.
The institute is imparting free mobile phones hardware repair technician course and pharmacy assistant course.
