The women play a vital role in ensuring that their families are self-sufficient, healthy and happy and similarly they can be catalysts of communities to developed and peaceful through their contributions.
The key drawback of the underdeveloped communities across the world is the underutilization the innate strengths of their women for the common good, he said.
