DIMAPUR — A workshop on routine immunisation (RI) microplanning and vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) surveillance for Mokokchung district was held at the conference hall of the chief medical officer, Mokokchung, on Thursday.

The trainees were also trained on the surveillance of VPD.

Resource persons for the training were Dr. Shiela Longkumer, senior medical officer (WHO) Kohima; Dr. Mhechekhro, rapid response team member (WHO); and Dr. Pangjung, social and behaviour change communication officer (UNICEF) Kohima.
