Departments in Chozuba assigned duties for Republic Day 2026 celebration, encompassing parade, logistics, and security.

DIMAPUR — The work distribution for the Republic Day celebration on January 26 at Chozuba headquarters under Phek district has been assigned.
According to a DIPR report, the parade contingents will be the BSF 111 Bn, GHSS, Chozuba, NCC of GHS Japan Riba, and GHS, Yoruba. The national anthem would be led by GHSS, Chozuba.
The parade commander would be the officer-in-charge of PS Chozuba and the post commander of 5th NAP along with the house guard. The OC would monitor the flag bearer, security, traffic, line marking, and retreat.
According to a notification issued by the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Dr. Diana Patton, on December 17, 2025, all heads of offices were directed to hoist the national flag in their respective offices at 06:00 hours on January 26.

It stated that all expenditure incurred for the work assigned would be borne by the concerned department and no bills would be entertained. The attendance for all government employees under the sub-division will be strictly maintained.
The assigned distribution of work to the departments must submit the completion report to the overall in-charge by 4:00 pm on January 25.
