Dimapur, July 9 (EMN): About 30 women in Peren district successfully underwent a tailoring training conducted by State Bank of India-Rural Self Employment Training Institute (SBI-RSETI) in Jalukie.
On completion of the training, a valedictory function was organised on July 9 in which certificates were distributed to the participants by JC Bhuyan, Director of RSETI, Peren. In an interaction with all the successful candidates, the Director advised them to take full advantage of the skill acquired at SBI-RSETI.
SBI-RSETI, Jalukie, has been established with the objective to impart skill training to prospective small entrepreneurs/ borrowers especially for rural youth. It provides different kinds of residential self-employment training programmes with free food and accommodation designed especially for unemployed youth.
