Dimapur, Nov. 21 (EMN): ADC and administrator of Wokha Town Council (WTC), K Mhathung Tsanglao has informed the shops, business establishments, restaurants and hotels under WTC that it is mandatory to make hand washing facility or hand sanitiser available for customers, shop keepers and employees with effect from November 23.
Non-compliance to the rule will result in first offence penalty of INR 500 and offence after one week of first offence will result in sealing of the establishment with or without suspension of registration or license wherever applicable, till facilities are provided, informed an update from DIPR.
“This is for strict compliance of all shops and business establishments, restaurants and hotels under Wokha town Council,” it added.
