Wokha, 27 July (EMN): The business event, Wokha Trade Expo, was inaugurated on Saturday by Yanpothung Ezung, president of the Lotha Youth Hoho.
In his address at the event, Ezung invited all denizens to come together and experience the products of various international traders, with a sense of building good relationship through trade. Bangladesh and Thailand were the ‘guest countries’ of the event, updates that were issued to the media on Saturday stated.
Various products that ranged from home appliances to kitchen to health products, health and clothing to agriculture equipments have been put up for sale at the trade expo.
Yentsao Ezung, assistant pastor of Wokha town Baptist Church, pronounced the invocation at the programme.
The trade fair is hosted by the Senior Nobel Klan in aid of a cricket tournament, the Winter Cricket Challenge, where it will be observing its silver jubilee during 2020-21.
The trade fair will continue till August 17, the organizers of the trade expo informed.
