Dimapur, Nov. 25 (EMN): Wokha District Congress Committee (DCC), in its consultative meeting on November 23 at its office, reconstituted the party in the presence of ET Ezung, NPCC working president, and CL Ezung, secretary in-charge of Wokha district.
The district unit general secretary (Admn), Yanchumrhumo W Jami, stated that the members have reaffirmed to strengthen the party from the grass root level in support to the NPCC resolution passed on October 16, 2018, at Congress Bhavan, Kohima.
The house also elected Z Rabomo Ngullie as the unit president and Yanchumrhumo W Jami as general secretary (adm) to carry out party activities effectively and for the smooth functioning and to strengthen the party from grass root level.
Meanwhile, the party has appreciated AICC national president for appointing a visionary, dedicated and great leader ET Ezung as NPCC working president in the state level. It expressed hope that with his appointment the party will surely be benefited, prosper and bring all round development and a better Nagaland in the future. The party has wished him good health and success.
The party further encouraged all party workers to face any challenge and to work hand in hand in bringing about positive changes for a better living of every section in Nagaland.
