Dimapur, Oct. 18 (EMN): Eastern Art Council has announced names of the winners of the 1st Dimapur art festival held at Naga Shopping Arcade. A DIPR report stated that various professional and amateur artists have showcased their skills.
Hinoka K Aomi from St. Joseph University secured the first position of the art festival painting competition in senior category. Ashim Paul from Pranab Vidyapith Higher Secondary School and Rishita Deka from Livingstone Foundation International secured the second the third positions respectively.
In the junior category, Olivili H Yepthomi from Holy Cross Higher Secondary School secured the first postion, while Abhrajit Dey from Holy Cross Higher Secondary School and Lithai Anghla from Livingstone Foundation International secured the second and third positions repectively.
Meanwhile, the organisers have invited all the winners to be present at the gallery on October 19 at 2:30 pm for the distribution of prizes.
