DIMAPUR — The Women Entrepreneurs Network Nagaland (WENN) conducted financial literacy workshops across three districts on Tuesday—Niuland, Chümoukedima, and Kohima.
According to a press release, these workshops, held in collaboration with the State Bank of India (SBI), aimed to equip individuals with essential financial knowledge and skills to foster economic empowerment and sustainability within local communities.
It mentioned that through these workshops, participants gained valuable insights into managing finances, making informed investment decisions, and accessing financial services effectively.
"By enhancing financial literacy, we are not only empowering individuals to make sound financial decisions but also laying the foundation for long-term economic growth and prosperity within our communities,” it read.
