Women Entrepreneurs Network Nagaland and SIDBI held workshops to boost business skills in four districts.

DIMAPUR — The Women Entrepreneurs Network Nagaland (WENN), in collaboration with the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI), conducted a series of one-day business governance workshops for women entrepreneurs across the districts of Kiphire, Noklak, Shamator, and Tuensang, from May 19 to the 29th.
The workshops form part of WENN's ongoing district-wise initiative to strengthen entrepreneurial capacity and promote sustainable business growth among women entrepreneurs in Nagaland, the WENN stated in an update.
Key sessions focused on the importance of business compliance and documentation, covering topics such as trade licensing, FSSAI certification, Udyam registration, financial literacy, skill development, and various government schemes available to support entrepreneurs.

The workshops aimed to simplify regulatory processes and equip participants with practical knowledge to formalise, strengthen, and scale their businesses.
Women entrepreneurs from the respective districts participated actively, demonstrating a strong commitment to learning and business development.
The WENN expressed its appreciation to all district administrations and stakeholders who supported the successful conduct of the workshops and reaffirmed its commitment to empowering women entrepreneurs across Nagaland.
