Dimapur, April 4 (EMN): A voluntary organisation Seva Bharati, in Nagaland organised a free medical camp in sponsorship with Hindu Yuva Sanga on April 3 at Government Primary School at K Sachu Colony in Dimapur. The camp was conducted based on the theme “Swasth rahe hum sab, Swachh rahe hum sab” (Hindi meaning for ‘clean India we are healthy’), a press release from the organisation was received here on Wednesday.
The Seva Bharati group is a voluntary organisation established in the year 2001 with an objective to give immediate relief and rehabilitate the victims of natural calamities, and road accidents among others.
According to the press release, as many as 172 patients were given free health check-up. In addition, medicines were also provided to the patients.
The doctor in-charge of the medical camp was Dr. Manubhai Patel, the release informed.
