Kohima, Oct. 21 (EMN): Local artiste Vipito Swu is back with his second original titled "More than love" (official video), which released on October 21.
Sharing about his new track with Eastern Mirror, Swu informed that "More Than Love" started as an imagery story in his head, a sort of happy ending everyone wished for.
When faced with uncertainties of life, there is a sense of longing that is only created by visualising a picture in the head, sometimes for self validation as a form of protection from insecurities, he shared.
"I had not realised back then that I was truly and closely experiencing the definition of love, what it means to have someone take care of you and understand you. They come in the form of your significant other, your friends, your siblings, your parents, your ashu and apuza (grannie and grandpa) and sometimes your pets", Swu said, translating the song.
These are the people "who waters you and help you grow in life", he added.
"More Than Love" is not just a song but a testament, a story, a journey of love, sharing and living, Swu went on to describe.
The 24-year-old is currently pursuing music at Margaret Shishak School Of Music, majoring in voice.
Written and composed by the artiste himself, the song is now available on streaming platforms and YouTube at Vipito Swu.

Cover art was done by Ibeto V Swu, audio production by Infinite Records Kohima, Moyuchen Yanthan; video production by Asemyoumba Jamir and One Nagaland, gaffer - Khrievelie Suohumvu and sound-Talimeren Longchar.
Swu released his debut original "Too young" in 2020 featuring Victor Kath. He also did a couple of cover songs including "Make you feel my love" by Bob Dylan.
