Vikekul Sothu wins VYO shooting competition

DIMAPUR — Vikekul Sothu emerged on Wednesday as the champion of the annual shooting competition of Viswema Youth Organisation (VYO), held at John Government Higher Secondary School ground in Viswema village, Kohima district.

Altogether, 62 competitors took part in the muzzle-loading and 12-bore gun shooting competition. Sothu also won the best shooter award, according to an update.

Pudiito Koso secured second place, Puvito Neikha came third, Amos Kikhi was fourth, and Nokehel Theyo finished fifth.

They received cash awards from the organisers.
