DIMAPUR — Vekishe Chishi won the Mister Nagaland International 2023 during a grand event held at Mandeville Garden in Dimapur on December 17.
An update informed that this year’s pageant was presented by PK Group and organised by Meraki Entertainment.
Chishi will now represent Nagaland at the Mister India International scheduled to be held later.
Bikee Dutta, reigning Mister Dimapur and Chubanungba Imsong, reigning 1st runner-up of Mister Kohima were named first runner-up and second-runner up respectively.
The gift hampers for the winners were sponsored by LISU Care Pure and Natural.
Host of the evening was Imnasenla Rachel while the panel of judges were Subrata Saha, Pageant President, Mister India International, Miss India Global, Mister and Miss World Heritage, Founder of Talenticca Modelling Agency; Supou Khiam, State Director Mister India International, Miss India Global, Talenticca India; and Gihutoli Khulu, Founder and Director Nova Stellam organisation.
A total of 20 contestants vied for the title and went through three rounds -- ethnic wear, creative and formal round -- in the competition.
Moanaro Longkumer, Managing Director of Mentor Academy, Financial Advisor of Canara HSBC (Defence) Entrepreneur groomed and mentored the contestants while Hikali Achumi, Miss Nagaland 2022, was the official choreographer with Esther as the official make-up artist.
The event was supported by Nagaland Tourism with NDBA as hospitality partner, Fit Savvy gym as fitness partner. VERTEX Construction, Hungry Brothers and Ocean Hospitality, Sungjemish and Obsession online were the event partners for the event.
