Kohima, Oct. 2 (EMN): The advisor for Horticulture and Border Affairs, Mhanthung Yanthan, has urged the people to judiciously use the schemes that have been made available by the government. He was addressing the Kohima Okotso Union's silver jubilee celebrations on October 2 at the AMK conference hall in Kohima.
Yanthan advised the Okotso people to leave a legacy when there is time. Also, he urged the government servants to be sincere in their duty and assignments before retirement in order not to ‘regret’ after.
Yanthan appealed to the people to actively participate in the society and community to learn from one another. He exhorted the people to not forget their roots and to keep the legacy of the pioneers.
Likewise, the advisor urged the people to be responsible citizens as ambassadors of the community. During the event, the jubilee’s souvenir was released by the advisor
