DIMAPUR, JUNE 21: Forty Naga youths employed at the King Catering Services at Rajkot have sought help through the Delhi police on Tuesday. According to the youths, twenty boys and twenty girls, they have not been paid their salary for the past two months.
One of the youths said that they were working in a similar service company at Baroda, some years back, when one Hardik Gandha convinced them to move to Rajkot for “higher salaries”. Subsequently, they joined the company at Rajkot last year with Hardik Gandha acting as the middleman between them and the company.
But for the past two months, Gandha has gone missing along with their salaries, the source said. He also said that they were not placed through the Nagaland government. The chief minister’s office has contacted the youths, it was informed. The source said that they were planning on filing an FIR against Hardik Gandha.
