The district police chief was overwhelmed to see a poet in uniform and wished him success in his endeavour. “Nothing is impossible if we have the passion,” he said adding that the launching of the poetry book was one example. Congratulating UBSI Anito Kiba, he stated that the achievement is an inspiration for all officers, staff and colleagues. The author has described “Wavering Heart” as a reflection of his thoughts born out of art and passion and dedication to English romantic poets. The Anito Kiba, who is serving as an UBSI in Wokha district, had earlier released a book titled ‘Poetry for Nagaland’ in 2005. The author also read out some of the lines from “Wavering Hearts’ during the launching programme. The book will be available at Heritage Publishing House near DABA Duncan, Dimapur, Nagaland.
