Dimapur, July 24 (EMN): The Ungma Senso Fellowship Kohima organised a youth camp under the theme, “From touch screen to touch scripture,” with Rev Dr. Imchayanger as the resource person. The youth camp was held from July 21 to 23 at KABA Jubilee Memorial Centre, Lerie colony, Kohima.
The camp rapporteur was Dr. Akala Longkumer, assistant professor of Alder College Kohima; camp co-ordinators were Asola Jamir, Lecturer of Faith Theological Seminary, Jotsoma and Lipoksungkum Imsong. The counselors were Sentila (Mongsenyimti) and Alemla (Changtongya).
Speakers for the academic session, Arenlong Longkumer, Advocate Guwahati High Court Kohima Bench, spoke on “Competitive exams-correlation with self management and people skills” while Imtiyapang general secretary of NSF, spoke on “Nagas yesterday and today” and C.Rongsen Pongener, guide lecturer of Department of Arts & Culture and former president USTK spoke on “Mother tongue and its importance”. A total of 97 students of class ten and above and young working youths attended the camp.
