- DIMAPUR — Following the coup at Khehoyi camp,
allegedly orchestrated by ‘impeached’ leader N Kitovi Zhimomi, the Konyak,
Yimkhiung, Zeliangrong, Angami and Lotha Regions, and Administrative Affairs of
Garo, Kachari, Gorkha and Arunachal under GPRN/NSCN (Unification) have
unanimously reaffirmed to firmly stand by and extend unwavering support and
assistance to the collective leadership of President Gen. (Rtd) MB Neokpao
Konyak and Ato Kilonser Alezo Venuh under the banner of GPRN/NSCN (Unification).
- A press release on Wednesday stated that they further
resolved to endorse the collective leadership of Neokpao Konyak and Alezo Venuh
to carry forward the collective vision of reconciliation and advance for an
early resolution of the Naga political issue.
