The mobile service providers- BSNL, Airtel,Aircel, Vadafone etc, etc are not being able to provide quality services to the citizens of Tseminyu Town and its surrounding Areas. Not a single service provider is able to provide satisfactory service. There is alot of fluctuations in the signal strength and in most cases the voice is not heard.
The most irritating is the BSNL service provider, since the beginning of 2017 there is hardly a week where the tower is working continuously. The tower is down for weeks together. The other service providers like airtel , it is said that 4G service is provided, however it is sad to say that the 4G service is available only once in blue moon.
Therefore, it is humbly requested that all the mobile service providers in and around the Tseminyu Town area to improve the quality of mobile service to the citizen as the citizen has the right to good quality service, more over the Govt. has also lay down penalty for call drop etc.
