The two day Youth Fest 2016 – Tzurang Valley today kicked off in a grand manner and dazzled by the grand arrival of Bollywood actress Mahima Chaudhry and other celebrities from the film industry.
The second Youth Fest 2016, which is organized by the REM Group as part of its CSR initiative, is being partaken by host of participants from different villages and also from neighbouring state of Assam.

The Chairman & MD of REM Group, Temjen Imna Along Longkumer, while speaking at the formal programme, declared that organising the Youth Fest is just the beginning towards the future and a new hope.
In this connection, he urged the different villages and the society as a whole to accept the Youth Fest with an open mind and heart since it is aimed at the youths to take them towards a new future with new vision. He strongly urged the youths to keep a visi

dhry, while delivering a short speech, highly praised the warm-heartedness, the hospitality and charm of the Naga people. While acknowledging the presence of Rebecca Changkija in the film industry, Chaudhry expressed her desire to see more Naga musicians and actors in Bollywood and her desire with the Naga artistes.

The programme was graced by Sandeep M Tamgade IPS (Advisor Security to CM & President of NAPCS, New Delhi). The programme was also made more grand by the presence of other Bollywood celebrities like singers Avishik Sinha and Keka Ghoshal; Bollywood producer Rebecca Changkija and the Adrika Dance Group.
Later in the evening, the Bollywood singers and the Adrika Dance Group sizzled the stage and mesmerized the audience with their songs and back-up dancing much to the delight of the spectators.
