Dimapur, April 16 (EMN): The Tuensang District Truck, Mini Truck & Pick Up Owners Union has lauded the sincere effort made by the district administration of Tuensang led by Deputy Commissioner Tuensang, Alemjongshi and Superintendent of Police, Tuensang, V. Ezung, for setting up of CCTV at Khudei Police Assistance Booth Tuensang, which is one of the strategically location tri-junction in the interior corner of the state.
The union president, N. Yemjong, stated that, the modern technology such as CCTV and its impact is necessitated and it would be much boon to the commuters and peoples in the area, if the authority utilise it in a proper way for the common benefits of the peoples.
The check gate being one of the main gate way to Myanmar and other parts of Nagaland, setting up such kind of facilities will definitely tackle illegal activities easily in the near future.
While expressing their heartfelt gratitude to DEF Tuensang and district administration, the union also urged upon the concerned authority to utilise it judiciously and carried out their task in a proper and fair manner for the greater responsibility of the people and in the larger interest of the general public.
