Tsurila Jankhiungru from Nagaland was crowned third runner-up of Miss Grand India 2025 at the grand finale

KOHIMA, JULY 14 (EMN) — Tsurila Jankhiungru from Nagaland was crowned third runner-up of Miss Grand India 2025 at the grand finale held at Zee Studio in Jaipur on Sunday.
Vishakha Kanwar from Rajasthan was crowned Miss Grand India 2025, Vanlalnuntluangi representing Mizoram was named 1st runner-up, Nandini Patel from Gujarat's secured the 2nd runner-up position and Tancy Renu Pal of Delhi was crowned 4th runner-up.
A total of 29 contestants from different states and union territories across India competed for the title. Four contestants from Nagaland including Jankhiungru participated at the beauty pageant.
After winning the crown, Jankhiungru posted a short video on her Instagram handle and said that she shared a room with contestants Vanlalnuntluangi from Mizoram and Tancy from Dubai, all of whom were crowned.
During her ten-day stay in Jaipur starting July 4, the trio shared the same room and went on to win a crown each which she believed was a “history in pageantry”.
She expressed gratitude to the people of the state for the support throughout her journey.
“I am beyond grateful for the love I have received. My representation is a testament of the potential and talent of our state. It’s a dream come true, to represent the essence of Nagaland on the Grand Stage”, she wrote.
