Dimapur, April 19 (EMN): A daylong workshop focusing on the compilation of the Unified District Information System for Education (U-DISE) and school district management information system was held on April 19 at the education block resource centre at Tseminyu, in Kohima district.
Updates from the organisers informed about the event on Thursday.
The assistant district coordinator of the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA), Thongsenlo, has urged institutional heads to furnish accurate, correct, and a reliable data for the U-Dise. He cited also the reasons for the delay in compilation ‘because of the lack of supervision by officers.’
Also, the project assistant for the SSA, Rokounou, urged the participants to be cautious with the procedures and guidelines involved in filling up the U-DISE form. She added that the form had been revised.
Officials from government-private schools in Tseminyu sub-division attended the programme, it was informed.
