Training on artificial insemination in pigs held at Jalukie

Dimapur, Sep. 8 (EMN): Three-day hands-on-training on artificial insemination in pigs for field and para-veterinarians started at Jalukie in Peren district on Monday.

The training is being organised by the dean of the Veterinary College Jalukie, Dr. AK Sangwan, informed an update.

During the programme, a message from the director of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services, Dr. Budhi Lama was also read out.

The training will be co-ordinated by Dr. Tukheswar Chutia and Dr. M O Kurien, HoD, dept. of Veterinary Gynecology and Obstetrics.
