Dimapur, Oct. 28 (EMN): A two-day hands on training plan was conducted for polling officials for the forthcoming bye-election to the 14-Southern Angami-1 assembly constituency. The training concluded on Wednesday.
On the second day of the training, district-level master trainers T Chubayanger, Bodevi Shuya, Bikato Jimo and Lorin (NIC) demonstrated the function of EVM and VVPAT machine, followed by hands on training by the polling officials.
Roles of presiding officers and polling officers were also highlighted by the master trainers during the training.
