Traffic regulation for Dimapur Night Carnival

EMN DIMAPUR, DECEMBER 14 In view of Dimapur Night Carnival 2014 to be held at the Naga Shopping Arcade, the office of the Superintendent of Police, Dimapur has issued the following directives for traffic regulation with effect from December 15 to 20. 1. Vehicles will be parked only in the allotted parking areas: * Bus Counter area behind Dimapur Town Hall. * Meat vendor stall area behind Super Market. * Single parking along the road side towards Naga Shopping Arcade from Nagarjan junction to Walford junction. 2. The premises of Dimapur Town Hall is being reserved as parking area for the officials of the Carnival. 3. Vehicles parked in ‘No Parking Zones’ will be towed away and the owner of the vehicle will be challaned as per section of law. 4. The safety of the vehicles parked in the said areas will be the responsibility of the driver/owner of the vehicle. 5. The traffic regulations will be in effect from 4 pm till 10 pm during the carnival period.
