Thoidambo wins Peren Voice Impact Season 07

Dimapur, Dec. 18 (EMN): Thoidambo Nring was declared winner of the Peren Voice Impact Season 07, which was held at Peren town local ground on December 16 on the theme ‘Greater heights.’ The event was organised by the Peren District Music Society (PDMS).

Hechitule Mpom was declared the runner-up, while Paurang Kamlak won the most promising artiste and viewer’s choice award.

Speaking at the event, the special guest and SDO (C) of Peren, Kemeiyile appreciated the initiative undertaken by the PDMS in organising Peren Voice Impact thus far by promoting young musicians/ singers of the district to state, national and even upto international levels.

She encouraged the organisers to continue providing such platforms to promote the untapped young talents, while she also encouraged the young music enthusiasts to grab the opportunity to showcase their God-given talents when such platforms are available at their doorsteps.

She further termed music as an industry which has a good opportunity to generate income for singing professionals especially for young talents to take up the challenges ahead of them.

Judges of the event were EAC of Peren Seyievilie Pfukri, proprietor of Polyphonic Music School Samteina Ndang and PDMS president Namnahei Nza.
