‘The three truths’ drama staged to culminate 30-day theatre workshop

Dimapur, April 3 (EMN): Dimapur Govt. College in collaboration with North East Zone Cultural Centre (NEZCC) staged a drama called “The Three Truths” on March 31 at Town Hall in Dimapur. This play was the culmination of the 30 days ‘production oriented theatre workshop’ which was conducted in the college. A press release from the college informed. Twenty students were said to have been selected to undergo training on theatrical skills, diction and dialogue delivery under the well known drama teacher Vikheto Uto Chishi, who also directed the play with assistance of Haisuigong Hemang. The deputy commissioner of Dimapur, Sushil Kumar Patel attended the programme as the chief Guest. Director and joint director of NEZCC Gitol Sonowal and Talinokcha were also present during the event. The Principal of the college, Akok Walling welcomed the gathering and expressed gratitude to NEZCC for the opportunity given to the college for students to showcase their acting skills.
