Dimapur, Aug. 3: The Fitness House (TFH) has been serving for the past one year with fitness and wellness services that includes a gym, swimming pool, badminton court, spa, steam rooms and a coffee shop. The enterprise has introduced new facilities, ‘7th Milestone Guest House’ and ‘Sky Garden’ on its first anniversary on Fri. Aug. 2.
The 7th Milestone Guest House is located at the Case Construction building along NH 39 at Chumukedima in Dimapur. It offers a home experience retreat—but no smoking and alcohol—with a fully equipped kitchen with basic amenities, service for quick bites, HD digital TV, air conditioning, 24/7 hot/cold water, 24/7 power backup and round-the-clock security, among others. Other features include a one-bedroom flat, two-bedroom flat and a three-bedroom flat.
Further, the ‘Sky Garden,’ is located above the guest house. It is an open space service that can cater to events with a capacity of up to 70 people. The Sky Garden can be rented out for INR 25000 per day from 9 am to 9 pm. It has a separate kitchen that can be utilised for events on payment, general manger of the enterprise Thungdeno Murry said during a tour of the guest house and the Sky Garden, to media persons.
TFH turned a year-old on Aug. 2. It is located at 3rd Mile in Dimapur. It provides a gym, swimming pool facilities; badminton facilities and a cafe; and spa facilities. One can become a member of any of the three categories: platinum for one-year, gold for six, and silver for three months.
Platinum members have access to the badminton court, gym, swimming pool and steam room with discount of 20% in spa and 15% for cafe facilities; five complimentary spa vouchers with validity of one-year.
The gold membership provides a discount of 15% in spa and 10% in cafe facilities; three complimentary spa vouchers with validity of six months.
The silver membership provides 10% discount for the spa facilities; complimentary spa vouchers with validity for one or three months respectively. TFH also provides free membership for the 4th person in the family and points from referring others and getting them enrolled to the three category membership.
Further, the TFH provides options exclusively for gym and badminton facilities, marketing manager Aienla Lemtur said. The enterprise has certified swimming, gym and badminton instructors along with those assisting in the spa.
On the anniversary of TFH, Murry said providing such facilities in the city has been a learning experience for the team. Most of the members they said are between the age group of 35-50 years which may give an idea about people's growing inclination towards maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
