Dimapur, May 8 (EMN): Unidentified persons on Monday afternoon robbed a teacher of her cash and her belongings at Notun Basti junction, Dimapur.
According to eyewitnesses, two persons, "non-Nagas", came riding a motorcycle – which had no registration number – had snatched the purse from the woman who had just come out of a bank and was waiting for an autorickshaw. The incident occurred near the evening bazaar located at Notun Basti junction.
It was reported that the victim had filed a case at West police station Dimapur. The purse contained some few thousand in cash and an ATM card, it was reported.
