Dimapur, Sep. 22 (EMN): Excel Naga FC, 40th Assam Rifles, Awom FC and Oziepik FC won their respective matches at the ongoing Tuensang District Football Association Cup at the parade ground in Tuensang on Saturday.
In the first match, Excel Naga FC blanked Adonis FC 3-0 through Bei in the 17th and 44th minute while Nungsang scored in the 54th minute. 40th Assam Rifles beat Keiyang XI FC 1-0 goal in the second match. The lone goal was scored by L. N. Rokhem in the 37th minute.
In the third match, Awom FC thrashed Gabriel ministry 2-1. All the goals for Awom FC were scored by Longkhoi in the 52nd and 54th minute of the second half. The lone goal for Gabriel Ministry was scored by Thongsomong in the 57th minute. In the last match Oziepik FC blanked Ancient Knight FC 1-0 through Pusing in the 34th minute.
