Kohima, Jan. 18 (EMN):
With an objective ‘to promote Naga music globally’, the Task Force for Music & Arts (TaFMA) is collaborating with Seven Seas Music, a San Francisco-based music licensing and discovery platform.

Taking to Twitter, Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio wrote: ‘I am happy to learn that SevenSeas Music, San Francisco and TaFMA, Nagaland has joined hands to promote Naga music globally. I wish this partnership all success’.

Advisor of TaFMA, Theja Meru thanked the chief minister for his “vision and inspiration”. He added that he looked forward to a “fruitful journey” with the Seven Seas Music.

Meanwhile, official handle of TaFMA also expressed gratitude to CM for his “vision to take Naga music to the ends of the earth”.

The Seven Seas Music is “licensing and discovery platform that helps media professionals quickly stream and license authentic music from around the world”.

“Through the platform, music supervisors, producers, and other creators can search for culturally diverse sounds to accompany their visual content via custom search tools and unique features that make discovering and licensing international talent fast, easy and streamlined,” wrote Seven Seas Music on its website.
