Dimapur, Aug. 9 (EMN): Sumi Council Dimapur (SCD) has congratulated Mughato Aye, football coach of State Boys Sports Academy, Dimapur, on his appointment as the president of Dimapur District Football Association (DDFA).
The council chairman, Kuhoi Zhimo has described Mughato Aye as a renowned player and an established coach nurturing the young football talents of the state. He added that under his guidance, the state junior teams have achieved success on many occasions.
With his appointment as the DDFA president, the Sumi Council Dimapur expressed confidence that the game of football would scale greater heights.
Meanwhile, Sumi Council Dimapur (SCD) has convened an emergency meeting on August 9 in its office at Supply Colony at 3:30 pm. The council chairman has requested all office bearers and executive members to attend the proposed meeting.
