Dimapur, Nov. 27 (EMN): President of the Sumi Students’ Union (SKK) Hutoshe Kits called upon the students to equip themselves with the armour of knowledge in this cutthroat competitive world stating that the elders are looking upto them with great hope.
Kits stated this in his speech during the felicitation programme of the Khaghaboto Area Students' Union (Kasu) at Ghonivi village on November 27. Reminding the motto Kasu 'Fight for righteousness,' he urged the students to be flag bearers of truth and strive to fight for righteousness, an update from Kasu media cell stated.
Kits also called upon the students to humble themselves and seek wisdom from God to be successful. He mentioned that the felicitation programme is just a reminder that they still have many miles to go.
He further exhorted the students to keep an aim and pursue it with determination saying, “There will be struggles and challenges but one should look forward to the future and overcome it.”
The programme was chaired by Mulatoli Swu, while the presidential address was delivered by Niuka Awomi. Pastor of Pishikhu village Rev. Akheto Yepthomi invoke blessings for the successful students.
