Steam Awards 2021: Complete list of nominations

Dimapur, Dec. 22 (EMN): As 2021 comes to a close, the nominees for the annual Steam Awards have been revealed and users can now vote for their favourite games in as many as 10 major categories.

Steam, the Valve-owned game store, took to twitter on Friday to announce the nominations for the Steam Awards 2021. The company encouraged its users to start voting for their favourite games across 10 different categories including game of the year. Voting starts today and will end on January 3, 2022 during the annual Steam Winter Sale.

Steam has selected five games for each category and results will be based on the number of votes each game garners via a public poll on the Steam page. The winners of each category will be announced on January of next year.

Steam users may be pleased to know that apart from the opportunity to vote for their favourite games, Steam Winter Sale has also officially started today where an enormous variety of indie and AAA games are on sale on the Steam store. If you were planning to get a game on the cheap, now is probably the best time to get one for yourself or to gift someone you know.
