Dimapur, March 11 (EMN): Department of Legal Metrology & Consumer Protection has announced to observe the World Consumer Rights Day along with the rest of the country on March 15 at 1 PM at the Nagaland College of Teacher Education, Kohima, on the theme “Consumer Rights in the Digital Age.”
