Dimapur, November 17: As the people across the country observe the Indian Constitution Day on November 26, the birth anniversary of Dr. BR Ambedkar, Chairman of the Drafting Committee of the Indian Constitution, Nagaland will also observe the same on November 28.
November 26 (fourth Saturday) being a holiday, the State government has declared to observe the day on November 28. In this regard, all the district administrations, government offices and educational institutions are directed to organise programme and read out the ‘Preamble’ of the Constitution of India. Instructions may also be issued to all the subordinate offices.
