(NLA) Secretariat has announced that the state rounds of Viksit Bharat will
take place on March 27, at 11:00 am in the K. Shikhu Conference Hall, Assembly
Secretariat, Kohima.
- According to an update, following the completion of the
district rounds, 30 students have been selected to compete at the state level.
Considering that the event aims to promote youth engagement in policy-making,
governance, and national discourse, the NLA has invited two government schools
to nominate 20 students each to attend the event as special audience.
- The students will compete on two themes: ‘75 Years of the
Indian Constitution: A Journey of Rights, Duties, and Progress’ and ‘The 11
Sankalp of Samvidhan Divas: A Pledge to Strengthen India's Constitutional
Values,’ the update stated.
- The NLA Speaker has been invited to serve as a jury member,
along with two other Members who will form a three-member Jury Panel.
