KOHIMA — The State-Level Volleyball Referee Course-cum-Exam 2025, under the aegis of the Nagaland Volleyball Association (NVA) and hosted by the Kohima District Volleyball Association (KDVA), commenced at the Multipurpose Hall, Tsiesema, on March 31.
Resource persons for the referee course include Ramesh Babu Vidyarthi, national referee, Volleyball Federation of India, and Dr. Harish Kumar Tiwari, FIVB Level-2 coach and Deputy Director of Sports, Nagaland University, Lumami, according to an update.
NVA vice president Tseibou Khusoh addressed the opening ceremony. KDVA general secretary Khrietuo Angami chaired the inaugural function, while KDVA president Visasielie Suhu delivered the welcome address.
Altogether, 41 participants from seven districts—Kohima, Dimapur, Niuland, Chümoukedima, Phek, Mon, and Shamator—joined the course. It will culminate on April 5.
