Welcomes the re-entry of the three MLAs into the fold of BJP Legislature party

Nagaland State Unit of BJP welcomed the verdict of the High Court yesterday by which the order of the speaker disqualifying three MLAs namely Imtilemba Sangtam, Dr TM Lotha and Mmhonlumo Kikon has been suspended as an interim measure. While vindicating its faith in the judiciary in general and the Guwahati High Court in particular, the State BJP President, Dr. M Chuba Ao opined that the interim order passed by the High Court has virtually sanctified the decision of the three MLAs to join the BJP for onward march of the state of Nagaland to progress.
Welcoming the re-entry of the three MLAs into the fold of BJP Legislature party, the Nagaland state unit hoped that with this beginning the forging of Nagaland politics and development with the mainstream politics would be smoothened further.
The Party also expressed its heartfelt gratitude to Amit Shah, National President BJP, for deputing Satyapal Jain, Senior Advocate of the Supreme Court, to represent the three MLAs as counsel. The party also thanked the Presidents’ Office for sending the Nagaland-in Charge of the BJP, Tapir Gao to Nagaland to witness the hearings on behalf of the BJP.
