Dimapur, Aug. 1 (EMN): As directed by the central leadership, president of the state unit Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Temjen Imna Along, has reconstituted the state team by appointing new members with other responsibilities.
In a press release issued by the party general secretary, K James Vizo, the president has appointed Benjamin Yepthomi as president of state BJYM (Yuva Morcha), Senkathung Jami as president of state kisan morcha, Cheong Konyak as president of state ST morcha, Rajiv Jha as president of state minority morcha, and Nini Cheng as president of state BJMM (Mahila Morcha).
The state president has also appointed P Kavili Achumi from Kohima as general secretary attached to BJP head office, Kohima; Subenthung Kithan from Wokha as vice president in-charge of BJYM; Kevidezo Peter Rutsa from Kohima as vice president in-charge for Dimpur district; Kuputo Shohe from Kohima as chief spokesperson in-charge of Phek; and H Thong from Dimapur as spokesperson in-charge of Peren.
State general secretary K James Vizo has been appointed in-charge of Kohima, while vice president Dr. Sukhato A Sema and secretary Atila Phom have been appointed in-charge of Mokokchung, vice president Hurui Zeliang and spokesman Hokaito Zhimomi in-charge of Zunheboto, spokesman Lanuakum Ao in-chrage of Tuensang, vice president L Thsangse Sangtam and secretary B Peniang in-charge of Mon, secretary Khiubamdi Chewang in-charge of Wokha, secretary Zaveyi Kezo in-charge of Kiphire, secretary N Khongwang Konyak in-charge of Longleng, spokesman Pithrongse Sangtam in-charge of Noklak, and organising secretary Ananta Mishra in-charge of organisation matters.
State secretary Khevishe Sema has been appointed in-charge of BJMM, vice president Er. C Kawang Konyak in-charge of kisan morcha, and treasurer Mahesh Kotecha in-charge of ST morcha.
