Dimapur, Nov. 19 (EMN): A meeting of the BJP Kisan Morcha national office bearers with the state functionaries, “state incharge and Co-incharge” was held at the party head office in New Delhi on Nov. 16 where four members from state Kisan Morcha attended the meeting.
The state delegation was led by the BJP Nagaland Kisan Morcha president, Senkathung Jami. He was accompanied by state vice-president and in-charge of state Kisan Morcha, C. Kawang Konyak and general secretaries of Kisan Morcha Nagaland T Mirhu and Khazi Lea.
It stated that during the meeting an important all India Kisan Adhiveshan will be held in the month of January 2019 for “a new best innovative programme and best objectives for the Kisan sector of the country”. Therefore, all party functionaries have been asked to work out innovative programme and schemes and submit in the respective state office for onward submission.
At the meeting central leaders directed all state Kisan Morcha ‘to complete party functionaries by Nov. 23 right from the Mandal to state level’. Accordingly, a meeting of the state Kisan and district office bearers has been convened on Nov. 22 at BJP state head office, Kohima from 10 am, stated T. Mirhu, general secretary, Kisan Morcha Nagaland.
