President of All Nagaland Judicial Ministerial Staff Association (ANJMSA), Dietholie Chadi, said the service rules for the judicial employees and implementation of Shetty Commission Pay is under process in Nagaland and added that judicial officers in the state are already enjoying the Shetty Commission Pay.Dietholie Chadi said this while addressing the general conference All India Judicial Employees’ Confederation (AIJEC) in Hyderabad on August 30 which was jointly hosted by the judicial employees of Andhra Pradesh and Telengana states. He pointed out that important posts such as Sherishtadar, Chief Administrative Officer and Process Server which are necessary in the lower judiciary were yet to be created.
He has thanked the judicial employees of both Andhra Pradesh and Telengana states for hosting the conference. He also thanked the president of All India Judicial Employees’ Confederation, Dr. Shakil A Moin, for inviting them to the conference. He was accompanied by the State unit vice president, Nilokheka Chishi.
All the state unit presidents were nominated as vice presidents to All India Judicial Employees Confederation. It may be mentioned here that All Nagaland Judicial Ministerial Staff Association has been affiliated with All India Judicial Employees Confederation since 2014.
